HEALTHY BLOOD FLOW: 醗酵の恵み (hakkou no megumi) or Blessings of Fermentation in English, is designed to support healthy blood flow. Its main ingredient, Nattokinase, has been observed to help improve blood flow and support the dissolving of blood clots.

And, this supplement also contains Kefir for probiotic support which can help suppress the toxins that create those fibrin.
